A Hard Days Night covered by Ella Fitzgerald
The fact that I am even awake right now surprises me. I don't know how you moms do this thing called parenting... Let me just take a moment to tell you how much I hate seagulls. I know this seems off topic but I feel like it is relevant. So I take the girls to Sonic for dinner and to play on the play place. Ruth gets up for one minute and then next thing I know a seagull is off with the rest of her hamburger. Seriously... that thing was ruthless. It stole from a child. Poor little Ruthie.
The first song to pop into my mind as I grabbed my laptop and got into bed was A Hard Days Night. It's relevant to my life at the moment, and I am a big fan of Ella Fitzgerald's cover. I love Ella, and the Beatles.
